Life happens! If you need to make changes to your appointment, our online system allows you to reschedule or modify your booking anytime.

Booking Policy

• We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation. This allows us to offer the appointment time to others.
• A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments: A gift card may be used as your booking deposit. Your deposit will be held for your future bookings or may be used on the day of treatment.

Locations & Availability

• Terang Salon: Walk-ins are welcome here! You can also book appointments online for guaranteed time slots.
• Warrnambool Room: Appointments are by booking only. Be sure to secure your spot, as we operate here on specific days.

Operating

• Terang Salon: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and second Saturdays.
• Warrnambool Room: Thursday and Friday and every other Saturday.
