Parking: Free parking is available on Henna Street near the WorkSafe building. Occasionally, you may find a spot directly in front of the pink door, though these spaces can be tight.

Appointments: When you arrive, enter through the pink door and take a seat in the reception area. There’s no need to call, as we’ll come to greet you at your scheduled treatment time. If you arrive early, feel free to send a text. Please note that all appointments in Warrnambool are by booking only during our operating hours: Thursday and Friday, and Saturday.

Retail Products: Our salon offers a range of retail products, including skincare, gut health essentials, and giftware, perfect for treating yourself or finding a special gift.

Please note: The door is locked during treatments. To avoid disappointment, we recommend messaging ahead if you’re stopping by for product pickups or gift vouchers this way we can arrange a time that suits us both. Or you may book online under “Locked Door Pick-up” to allow time.
