Refunds & Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of the event date.
If you are unable to attend, please notify ZenKay as soon as possible so we may offer the spot to another attendee.
Transfer of Tickets
Tickets may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend, provided ZenKay is notified before the event.
